Sports Council Member Secretary Keshab Bista warns of intervening to resolve dispute in sports associations

Member Secretary of National Sports Council Keshab Kumar Bista has allotted three months' time to resolve the internal dispute within sports associations. He has warned of intervening in the matter if the problem was not solved within the given time. Speaking at the inauguration function of annual general assembly of Nepal Taekwondo Association in Pokhara today, Member Secretary Bista claimed that the debate would be resolved through his personal intervention if it remained intact even during the three months' time. He also said that action would be taken against officials and staff of sports associations who were receiving financial incentives from the state's treasury but were not working. Member Secretary Bista has also assured of lending support for sustainable progress of Sahara Academy being operated by Sahara Club.
