Votings of Nepal Students Union to be held on Monday

The general convention of Nepal Students Union NSU, which was halted for the past week due to dispute is to hold election without closing session. The Election Committee and party's Directors committee have been preparing for the same. The name of the representative us yet to be publicized. The preparation is ongoing to reveal name in the NSU's website and give representative introduction based on the same. Identity cards were distributed by today. The nomination of the aspirants for the leadership will be registered tomorrow. Election Committee is working on holding the election the day after. The election is not likely to be held tomorrow as the final namelist of the voters will be published tomorrow. Albeit the representative dispute was solved on Wednesday, Students leader Kundan Kafle and former chairman Mahendra Kafle submitted representatives' list only yesterday. Thousands of students, who have entered the capital have been stranded as the closing session has been cancelled due to internal dispute. Party president Sher Bahadur Deuba, senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel and leader Krishna Prasad Sitoula faction is working on making its panel. Leaders are finding it very difficult to come to a decision as there are dozens of aspirants for the post of Union's Chairman.
