Dr. K.C.'s date of birth mistaken

Dr. Govinda K.C, who has been carrying out campaign for medical education reforms, has given the clarification on the controversies of his date of birth. Organizing a press conference in Tribhuwan Medical Hospital on Wednesday, he attributed the mistake in date of birth to human error, accepting the date of birth in his citizenship and educational certificate are different. Saying his official date of birth is same as mentioned in his citizenship which is October 12, 1956, he said the date in his character certificate of SLC is different due to human error. According to Dr. KC's citizenship certificate, his date of birth is October 12, 1956 however, the date of birth in his SLC character certificate is mentioned as February 6, 1957. Meanwhile, Dr. KC also urged Chief Justice Gopal Parajuli to clarify the latter's different birth dates like him. KC is firm on his stance not to accept the date of hearing from Supreme Court unless Parajuli resigns from the post of Chief Justice.
