8th national karate championship to begin from March 9

The 8th National Open Karate Championship is scheduled to begin from March 9. The tournament will be organised in the Samten Memorial School premises located in Kapan by the Kapan dojo branch of Nepal Gojuriyo Karate Do Association. The tournament is scheduled to host 28 competitive events which includes various events towards senior and junior under both male and female categories. Tournaments coordinator and coach Dipak Lama said that the two day tournament will have over 300 players from both inside and outside the valley participating in the event.
