Prakash Man speaks about tribute to late G.P. Koirala

Deputy Prime Minister Prakash Man Singh has said a true tribute to late Girija prasad Koirala will be served only if a new constitution is promulgated from the Constituent Assembly by institutionalizing the achievement of the People's Movement. Addressing a prize distribution ceremony on the occasion of fifth memorial day of late former Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala held by the Nepal Press Union Morang in Biratnagar today, DPM Shrestha said the dream of late Koirala will only be fulfilled if political parties forge consensus and institutionalize the achievement of people's revolution 2062/63 for a change. At the programme, DPM Singh granted Girija Prasad Koirala Memorial Journalism Award to journalist Ananta Kumar Neupane, Uma Pokharel and Hari Koirala.
