President of Nepal takes off for China
President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav has departed to China to participate in the annual conference of Boao Forum for Asia. He took off to the Boao city in Henan province in China to participate in the program. President Yadav was bode farewell by Vice President Paramananda Jha, Prime Minister Sushil Koirala, Ministers and heads of Constitutional bodies. Along with the President, Minister for Urban Development Narayan Khadka, officiating Foreign Secretary Sankar Das Bairagi, Daughter Anita Yadav, President's advisers duo of Surya Dangol and Hari Sharma, Secretary of President's Office Anup Kumar Upadhyaya, Nepali Ambassador to China Mahesh Kumar Maskey and President's Private Secretary Lalit Bahadur Basnet are also in the team to visit to China. President Dr. Yadav is scheduled to address the Boao forum on Saturday morning. He will also hold a meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping. It was informed that China will provide Nepal with more than 14 billion rupees in aid during the President's visit. It was also informed that the declaration on the aid package was to be made during the President's meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Henan, China. President Dr. Yadav is scheduled to return home on April 1 via Lhasa. President Dr. Yadav, who is to participate in the Boao forum for Asia, has previously participated in the Sanghai Expo in 2010 as well.
