Nepal's economy affected by the scrapping of 500 and 1000 ICs

Workers returning to Nepal from India are confused on what to do after the exchange counters at the border areas of Kanchanpur and Kailali among other districts refused to exchange their money of 500 and 1,000 denominations. The latest development has affected Nepali workers in other districts including Darchula, Baitadi, and Dadeldhura as well.
