PM on the gathering of ANNISU-R

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the enemies of the conflict-period were still the same, and alleged that conspiracies were rife on killing Maoist leaders. Addressing a gathering of his party's student wing ANNISU-R in the capital today, PM Dahal claimed that the enemies who declared bounty on heads had still not changed, alleging that the same persons were engaged in defaming and hatching conspiracies against the Maoist leaders. Saying there was an element of revolution in the present coalition as well, PM Dahal said the struggle would continue in one way or the other. He was of the view that a new revolution could begin if the situation arose. BITE... Saying the constitution amendment would be carried out with 2/3 rd majority through consent of the opposition as well, he stated that the impeachment motion would also be taken ahead on basis of agreement.
