Tarun Dal general convention starts
The fourth general convention of Tarun Dal- a sister wing of ruling Nepali Congress- has commenced in Pokhara today. The convention being held after a hiatus of 10 years was inaugurated by party President Sher Bahadur Deuba. The 3-day convention is scheduled with opening ceremony, closed session, and elections in a day-lapse order. The closed session and voting of the convention will take place at the City Hall in Pokhara. The general convention of Tarun Dal will elect a new leadership with 75-member central committee.
