PM Cup T-20 Cricket to begin from Falgun 9

The Prime Minister Cup Womens' National T-20 Cricket tournament is set to kick off in Dhangadi, Kailali from Wednesday. Tournament's coordinator Baburaja Shrestha informed that all preparations were complete for the tournament organised by the Kailali District Sports Development Committee in coordination with the National Sports Council. The tournament is scheduled to run till February 25. A total of 6 teams are participating in the tournament which includes of 5 teams of 5 Development Regions and 1 departmental team of Armed Police Force (APF). The tournament will be based on league cum knockout format. Tournament's winner will be awarded win a cash prize of Rs 500 thousand whereas the runner-up will receive Rs 200 thousand along with trophies and certificates. Likewise it was informed that the tournament was being organised with a total cost of Rs 3 million 863 thousand.
