Chitwan locals worried with delayed big tourism projects in Palpa

Locals in Chitwan district are worried with big tourism projects stranded in Palpa, failing to move ahead despite the long duration since formation of the local government. Works of Karuwa View Tower, known as the main tourism infrastructure of Tansen has not yet resumed. Locals have expressed grievance that the view tower, which had to be completed four years ago, is yet to be completed. The view tower construction was started aiming increase in number of tourists in the district. Scenic beauty of Himal, hills and Terai can be observed from the tower.
