3-star club reaches finale of football tournament

Three-Star club has secured its place in the finale of the 13th Tuborg Bikash Running Shield Football tournament ongoing in Chitwan. In a highly competitive match held at Campa-Chaur in Narayangadh, Three-Star registered a 4-3 win against Manang in sudden death. The game was pushed to the tie breaker after both teams stuck in a draw with one goal each during the predetermined time. Sujal Shrestha scored 1 goal for Manang while foreign player Ajayi Martin scored for Three-Star. Three-Star's goalkeeper Ekal Neupane was adjudged man of the match. Three-Star will now clash against departmental team Armed Police APF club in the tournament finale on Saturday.
