APF to host national competitions

Central Sports Committee of Armed Police Force (APF) is to host national competition of three different sports next week. It will host badminton, lawn tennis and women's volleyball tournament. Tournament of all three sports will be held from March 11-16. National Badminton Competition, to be held in the commemoration of Former IG of APF Krishna Mohan Shrestha, will have 10 categories. It has been assumed that more than 400 players will participate in the competition. Similarly, the competition will be held under 13 categories in Sahabir Open Lawn Tennis. The matches of lawn tennis will be held at the headquarter of APF, Halchowk and Satdobato. Meanwhile, Women's Volleyball Tournament will have the participation of six teams. The deadline for the registration of players for all the three sports is till March 9.
