Writ of former PM Deuba halted. 3 parliamentarians to take oath

The Supreme Court has lifted the order to halt the oath-taking of the three parliamentarians nominated in the National Assembly. The parliamentarians nominated by the government are Yubraj Khatiwada, Ram Narayan Bidari and Bimala Rai Poudel. However, their oath-taking procedure was halted after Sher Bahadur Deuba-led government filed writ against the same. Nonetheless, bench of justice duo Kedar Prasad Chalise and Sharda Prasad Ghimire paved the way for oath-taking ceremony saying there was no reason to halt the same.
