Frauds promising to send people to US in exchange of cash arrested

Police have arrested two individuals for swindling people of millions of rupees promising to send them to America. The arrested were identified as Chabi Lal Chaudhary from Dang and his wife Subhadra Karmacharya. The police have accused them of swindling total amount of Rs 2 million 600 thousand from 7 different people by falsely claiming to be an officer of the CIAA and the personal assistant to the Prime Minister. According to the police investigation, the accused Chaudhary had taken money from 7 people promising them 'employment' in the organization known as International Institute of Infitisim in America and deposited the money in his wife's bank account. The police informed that a fake appointment letter of the organization was also made and people's passport were collected saying them it would cost Rs 2.5 million per individual for the process.
