Province 1 C.M. Sherdhan Rai encourages rise of media

Chief minister of Province 1, Sherdhan Rai has said that the negligence on part of the former government towards management of federal structures has been making it highly uneasy to conduct works. Speaking at an interview in Kathmandu on Saturday, chief minister Rai said following the negligence of earlier government towards management of federal structure, all works had to be started right from zero level. Saying it was wrong to censor media intentionally, CM Rai rather stressed on making the media sphere a key part of nation's development and prosperity. Chief Minister Rai informed the name and capital for Province number 1 will be finalized within two months time. He said the provincial name and capital could not be decided based on someone's pressure, emotion or rage. However he also said that he would try to consider everyone's emotion and proposal on the issue as far as possible.
