Terai districts still reeling under continuous days of strike
The continuous strike which has entered into the eighth day has affected
life in eight districts of mid-Terai. The strike being enforced by a
coalition Front of Federal Socialist Forum and Sadhbhawan Party among
others has thrown life out of gear in the Terai districts of Siraha,
Saptari, Dhanusha, Mahottari, Sarlahi, Bara, Parsa and Rautahat.
Transport, academic institutions and business have been completely shut,
while strike enforcers have been demonstrating at the major sections of
the places.
