Parliament Secretariat prepares to present Bill on post-earthquake reconstruction


The Parliament Secretariat is learned to be preparing to present the Bill related to reconstruction of infrastructures damaged by the major earthquake. The preliminary preparation to present the Bill pertaining to reconstruction at the Legislature Parliament meeting tomorrow is said to be complete. The proposal will be presented at the House meeting tomorrow after the Regulation Committee gives a final shape to it, informed spokesperson of the Secretariat Dr. Bharat Raj Gautam. BITE... The Parliament Secretariat has informed that more than 40 Bills are awaiting endorsement from the Parliament. The proposals will be presented at the House according to the priority of the issued of the Bills. The Bill on amendment of constitution registered by the government before this is under discussion and not likely to be presented at the Parliament any time soon. Nepali Congress has been demanding an early endorsement of this Bill. Speaker Onsari Gharti has called the next meeting of the House at 11a.m. tomorrow.
