Industry Minister Som Prasad Pandey
has said that the Working Journalists Act and determined minimum wage
will be effectively implemented. Speaking at an interaction programme
held by Minimum Wage Determination Committee at Palpa district today, he
said the government would leave no stone unturned in safeguarding
rights of journalists. Also speaking at the programme, Committee
Chairman Poshan K.C. stressed on provisioning determined minimum wages
to journalists.
