Dr. Govinda K.C. refuses hearing of court; strictly wants Chief Justice's resignation

Dr. Govind K.C. has refused to accept the date of hearing for the contempt of court case filed against him. Dr. KC rejected the date saying there was vested interest of chief justice Gopal Parajuli. Issuing a press-release on Tuesday morning, Dr. K.C. noted there will not be a fair decision-making unless Chief justice Parajuli steps down from his designation. Likewise, he has also demanded cancellation of CJ Parajuli's citizenship.
